This coffee is the work of 20 women, small-scale producers banded together around the municipality of Zongolica in southern Veracruz. Members of the Nahuas peoples, they share an approach to farming which is rooted in the cultural practices of land stewardship, ensuring a biodiversity of native animals and plants and the continued health of the forestlands. WPZ is remarkably sweet and fruity, with a lingering caramel finish.
