Gregorys Coffee is expanding its footprint in New Jersey with the opening of its newest shop in Old Bridge. Conceptualized by Founder Gregory Zamfotis, Gregorys Coffee was created to disrupt the industry and allow consumers to “see coffee differently,” by delivering premium coffee without compromising service or price. For Gregorys Coffee, this means brewing coffee every 30 minutes, baking fresh pastries in-house daily, pouring custom latte art for customers, and serving dairy-free milk alternatives at no additional cost.

This opening marks the milestone of over 50 Gregorys Coffee cafes and the sixth location in New Jersey. Conveniently located off Route 9 in Glenwood Green Shopping Center, the location offers a curated mix of local and national shops, restaurants, and fitness venues, and serves customers through an in-shop or drive-through experience. 

The Old Bridge shop closes out Gregorys Coffee's extensive national expansion efforts for the year, with 15 new shop openings throughout 2024. With the addition of a drive-through, Gregorys Coffee Old Bridge combines quality with convenience for the community’s coffee lovers.
